Results: The scores of distress disclosure, perceived partner responsiveness and intimate relationship were positively correlated(P<0.01). Perceived partner responsiveness was a mediator of self-disclosure and intimate relationship, the mediating effect was 0.231,and it explained 42.31% of the total effects. Conclusion: Perceived partner responsiveness has a partial mediating effect between self-disclosure and intimate relationship in spouses of patients with breast cancer.
