Clinical nurses' nursing patent practice dilemmas and educational training needs: a qualitative study

临床护士护理专利实践困境与教育培训需求的质性研究

Abstract: Objective: To explore the dilemmas faced by clinical nurses in nursing patent practice and their needs for relevant education and training. Methods: A descriptive phenomenological research approach was employed. Through purposive sampling, 8 clinical nurses were recruited as study participants. Face-to-face, semi-structured interviews were conducted, and the data were analyzed using Colaizzi's 7-step method for theme extraction. Results: Four themes were extracted regarding the practical dilemmas faced by clinical nurses in nursing patenting, including insufficient innovation ability, lack of incentive mechanisms, absence of an innovative organizational climate, and inadequate social support. Regarding clinical nurses' training needs for patent practice course content, four themes were also extracted, including training needs for innovative thinking, basic patent knowledge, patent application knowledge, and patent commercialization knowledge. Conclusion: Nursing managers should pay attention to the dilemmas faced by clinical nurses in nursing patent development and implementation, strengthen innovation support for clinical nurses, and foster a favorable organizational innovation climate. Meanwhile, training content should be tailored based on nurses' needs, and targeted innovation education should be implemented to enhance clinical nurses' innovation capability.

摘要: 目的:了解临床护士对护理专利实践的困境以及对相关教育培训的需求。方法:使用描述性现象学研究方法,采用目的抽样选取 8 名临床护士作为研究对象,通过面对面的方式进行半结构访谈,采用 Colaizzi 7 步分析法提炼主题。结果:临床护士护理专利实践困境共提炼出创新能力不足、缺少激励机制、缺乏创新组织氛围、缺乏社会支持 4 个主题,临床护士对专利实践课程内容的培训需求共提炼出创新思维的培训需求、专利基本知识的培训需求、专利申请知识的培训需求、专利转化知识的培训需求 4 个主题。结论:护理管理者应关注临床护士护理专利研发和实施的困境,加强临床护士的创新支持,创造良好的组织创新氛围,同时以护士需求为导向制定培训内容,实施针对性创新教育,提升临床护士的创新能力。
