Research on the Nursing Students’ Satisfaction with the Clinical Learning Environments

摘要:  

目的:调查北京市某三甲医院护生对于临床实习环境的满意度现状,发现存在的问题,为提高临床带教质量和护生实习效率提供可靠依据。方法:采用方便抽样的方法,选取北京市某三甲医院2017届实习护生168例。采用一般资料调查表和护理临床学习环境评价量表评估护生临床实习满意度现状,通过Epidata3.1建立数据库,运用SPSS16.0、excel2010对收集的数据进行分析,发现临床带教过程中存在的问题。结果:在6个维度中,护生对实习任务定位的满意度得分最高,为3.70±0.82,得分最低的是个性化,为3.10±0.91;本科护生在学生参与性、实习任务定位和创新性的满意度得分低于大专护生(P<0.05);主管护师指导的护生在个性化方面的满意度得分高于护士和护师所指导的护生满意度(P<0.05)。结论:专科护生较本科护生对临床实习环境满意度较高;带教老师的职称越高,护生的满意度也相应提高;护生在个性化和创新性方面的满意度较低,提示应在带教过程中关注这两方面的问题。

Abstract:  

Objective: To investigate the satisfaction status of clinical nursing students to clinical practice environments in a hospital in Beijing, and identify problems in clinical teaching, to provide a reliable basis for improving the quality of clinical teaching and the efficiency of nursing students’ practice Methods: By convenient sampling method, 168 clinical nursing students were selected from Grade 2017 of one hospital in Beijing. The general information questionnaire and the nursing clinical learning environment scale were used to assess the satisfaction with clinical practice environments. Set up a database by Epidata 3.1 and make a descriptive analysis using SPSS 16.0 and excel 2010.Results: In the six dimensions, the score of internships task orientation (3.70±0.82) was highest, and the score of personalized dimension (3.10±0.91) was lowest. The satisfaction scores of undergraduate nursing students were lower than those of junior college nursing students in student participation, internships task orientation and innovation (P<0.05). The score of nursing students educated by the supervisor nurses was higher than that of nursing students educated by the senior nurses and nurses in personalized (P<0.05).Conclusion: Undergraduate nursing students had lower satisfaction with clinical practice environments than junior college nursing students. The higher professional title of clinical teachers were, the satisfaction of nursing students was also increased. The nursing students had lower satisfaction with innovation and innovation, which reminded that clinical teachers should focus on these two aspects problems during clinical teaching.
