基于雨课堂的混合式教学在护生骨伤科临床教学中的应用*

摘要: 目的: 探讨基于雨课堂的混合式教学在护生骨伤科临床教学中的应用效果。方法: 将60名护生随机分为观察组和对照组各30名。观察组采用基于雨课堂的混合式教学进行培训,对照组则采用传统的讲授法和演示法进行培训,并对教学效果进行对比。结果: 观察组理论考试、临床实践考试得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论: 基于雨课堂的混合式教学可以提高实习护生理论和临床实践考试成绩。

Abstract: Objective: To discuss the effect of mixed teaching model based on rain classroom on clinical teaching of nursing students in orthopedics department. Methods: Totally 60 cases of nursing students in orthopedics department were divided into two groups. The students in the observation group were trained by the mixed teaching based on the rain class, while the control group was trained by the traditional teaching method and demonstration method. The teaching effect was contrasted. Results: The scores of students in the observation group were higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The mixed teaching model based on rain classroom can improve the scores of theory examination clinical practice examination of students and help to clinical teaching in orthopedics department.
