Abstract: Objective: To explore the application effect of nurse-led group management model in CT examination. Methods: 92 patients who underwent CT examination were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 46 cases in each group. The control group adopted the nurse and patient one-to-one management model of the conventional CT examination, and the observation group adopted the nurse-led group management model on the basis of the control group. The examination time, one-time success rate and patient compliance of CT examination were compared between the two groups. Results: The time of CT examination in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the one-time success rate and compliance of examination were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The nurse-led group management model can effectively improve the quality of CT examination and improve the utilization of medical.
