肿瘤专科医院护士工作环境对核心能力影响的研究

A study on the influence of working environment on core competence of nurses in oncology hospitals

摘要: 目的:调查肿瘤专科医院护士工作环境和核心能力的现状,并分析护理工作环境对核心能力的影响。方法:采用便利抽样法选择天津市某三级甲等肿瘤医院的护士693名为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷、注册护士核心能力量表、护士工作环境量表对其进行调查。结果:肿瘤专科医院护士工作环境总分为(96.27±10.40)分,核心能力总分为(157.12±35.54)分;护理工作环境与核心能力呈正相关(P<0.05)。护士层级、是否热爱护理事业及护理工作环境中的护士参与医院事务、高质量服务的基础和医护合作可独立解释护士核心能力的37.4%的变异。结论:肿瘤专科医院的护士核心能力处于中等水平,护理工作环境对核心能力有一定的预测性,护理管理者可通过改善工作环境来增强护士的核心能力水平。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the status of working environment and core competence of nurses in oncology hospitals, and to analyze the influence of nursing working environment on core competence. Methods: A total of 693 nurses were recruited from a tertiary class A oncology hospital in Tianjin by convenient sampling method. A questionnaire survey including general information questionnaire, core competence scale for registered nurses and nursing work environment scale was conducted. Results: The total score of working environment and core competence were 96.27±10.40 and 157.12±35.54, respectively. There was a positive correlation between nursing working environment and core competence(P<0.05).The level of nurses, passion for nursing and participation in hospital affairs in the nursing work environment, the foundation of high quality service and collaboration independently explained 37.4% of the variation in core competence of nurses. Conclusion: The core competence of nurses in oncology hospitals is at the middle level, and the nursing working environment can predict the core competence to a certain extent. Nursing managers can enhance the core competence of nurses by improving the working environment.
