高校护生学习积极主动性现状调查及影响因素分析

Influencing factors analysis of active learning state among nursing students in universities: a cross-sectional study

摘要: 目的:调查高校护生学习积极主动性现状并分析其影响因素。 方法:2022 年 4 月至 5 月采用便利抽样法选取天津市某高校 护理学院 2020 级和 2021 级护理学专业 254 名学生作为调查对象,使用医学及其相关专业大学生学习积极主动性量表进行调查。 采用多元线性回归分析护生学习积极主动性的影响因素。 结果:高校护生学习积极主动性总分为(73.95±8.77)分,学习驱动力、学 习目标、深入学习、控制学习、扎实学习各维度得分分别为(15.27±2.06)分、(15.11±2.04)分、(13.49±2.24)分、(14.53±2.41)分、 (15.54±2.17)分。 多元线性回归分析显示,是否担任班干部、前一年综合测评排名是护生学习积极主动性的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:护生学习积极主动性尚可,但深入学习、控制学习方面需要加强。 学校应该鼓励学有余力的学生积极参选班干部,在学习之余多参与各类社团、协会的活动,促进他们的学习积极主动性,以提高他们的自信心和综合素质。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the active learning state of nursing students and analyze the influencing factors. Methods: This survey was conducted from April to May in 2022, and a total of 254 students in first and second year at a nursing school in Tianjin were selected by convenience sampling. Active learning scale was used to survey the active learning level of nursing students. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of active learning state for nursing students. Results: The mean score of scales among participants was (73.95±8.77). The mean scores of 5 dimensions were learning drives (15.27±2.06), learning goals (15.11±2.04), deep learning (13.49±2.24), learning control (14.53±2.41) and strong learning (15.54±2.17), respectively. Multiple linear regression analyses demonstrated that being class leaders(yes/no) and ranking of comprehensive assessment influenced the level of active learning among nursing students(P<0.05). Conclusion: Nursing students′ active learning was good, but the level of in-deep learning and control learning needed to be strengthened. It′s indicated that nursing students should be encouraged to actively participate in class leaders, various activities of societies and associations in spare time for improving active learning level, self-confidence, and comprehensive quality.
