基于CiteSpace我国糖尿病专科护士研究的可视化分析

摘要: 目的:分析我国糖尿病专科护士研究文献,探讨糖尿病专科护士的研究热点、发展趋势,为糖尿病专科护士相关研究提供参考。方法:在中国知网数据库( CNKI )于建库至2021年4月收录的文献中,检索糖尿病专科护士研究文献,并应用可视化分析软件CiteSpace进行文献计量学分析。结果:共检索出257篇文献,发文量总体呈现上升趋势但偏低,发文量最多的机构是山西医科大学第一医院,最大研究热点为健康教育,基础胰岛素或将成为未来研究前沿。结论:国内糖尿病专科护士研究起步较晚,处于平稳进展阶段,未来需关注糖尿病专科护士科研能力培养和岗位设置,加强机构和作者间的多中心合作交流,扩大研究的广度和深度,以促进糖尿病专科护理发展。

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the research literatures of diabetes specialist nurses in China, and to explore the research hotspots and development trends of diabetes specialist nurses, so as to provide reference for the related research of diabetes specialist nurses. Methods: The literatures collected in CNKI database from database-building to April 2021 were searched with the literature of diabetes specialist nurses, and CiteSpace was used for bibliometric analysis. Results: A total of 257 articles were retrieved, the volume of articles increased but on the low side in general. The institution with the largest number of articles was the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University. The largest research hotspots were health education, and the research frontier was basic insulin.Conclusion: The study of diabetes specialist nurses started late and is at a steady stage of development in China. In the future, attention should be paid to the training of scientific research ability and post setting of diabetes specialist nurses, the multicenter cooperation and exchanges between institutions and authors, and the breadth and depth of research should be strengthened to promote the development of diabetes specialist nursing.
