Abstract: Objective: To develop a lymphedema follow-up checklist for postoperative breast cancer patients, thereby providing clinicians and nurses with a scientific and effective tool for lymphedema follow-up management. Methods: Guided by a prospective surveillance model, a preliminary draft of the lymphedema follow-up checklist for postoperative breast cancer patients was developed through literature review, semi-structured interviews, and group discussions. Two rounds of Delphi expert consultation were conducted among 25 experts from 11 provinces and municipalities across China to finalize the checklist content. Results: The response rates for both rounds of expert consultation were 100%. The expert authority coefficients were 0.848 and 0.866, respectively, and the Kendall's coefficients of concordance were 0.379 and 0.512, respectively (all P<0.01). The final checklist comprised 6 first-level items, 14 second-level items, and 45 third-level items. Conclusion: The developed lymphedema follow-up checklist for postoperative breast cancer patients is comprehensive, well-structured, and demonstrates high scientific rigor and practical utility, serving as a reference for clinical staff in lymphedema follow-up management.
