Abstract: Objective: To analyze the current status and influencing factors of decisional conflict among inpatients with schizophrenia in the stable phase. Methods: By using the convenience sampling method, 205 patients with schizophrenia in the stable stage who were hospitalized in a tertiary public hospital were selected as the research subjects. The investigation was conducted by using general information questionnaire, Decisional Conflict Scale, Social Support Rating Scale, General Self-Efficacy Scale, and All Aspects of Health Literacy Scale. Results: The total score of decisional conflict among inpatients with stable schizophrenia was 46.87(40.62, 51.56). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that number of children, social support, self-efficacy, and health literacy were the influencing factors of decisional conflict, explaining 24.9% of the total variance. Conclusion: The level of decisional conflict among inpatients with schizophrenia in the stable stage is relatively high, and it is affected by various factors such as the number of children, social support, self-efficacy, and health literacy. Medical staff should formulate intervention measures accordingly to reduce the level of decisional conflict.
