肿瘤专科护士职业倦怠现状调查与分析

Abstract:  

Objective: To investigate the level and influencing factors of job burnout among nurses in tumor hospital. Methods: A total of 240 clinical nurses from specialized cancer hospital in Tianjin were investigated with a self-designed general information questionnaire and Chinese version of Maslach burnout inventory. Results: The incidence of job burnout among nurses was 65%, the score of emotional exhaustion dimension was(20.21 ±10.08), the score of depersonalization dimension was(5.74±5.32),the score of achievement dimension was(32.10±10.51). Logistic regression analysis showed that the possibility of job burnout improving one grade or more among nurses with more night shift, was 2.98 times than those nurses with no difference between night shift and day shift; Besides, the possibility of job burnout improving one grade or more among nurses older than 30, was 1.77 times younger than 30. Conclusion: The level of job burnout among oncology specialized nurses is mild to moderate, more attention should be paid to young nurses with more night shift, and individual interventions should be designed and performed for them.

摘要: 目的:调查肿瘤专科护士职业倦怠现状,并进行影响因素分析。方法:采用便利抽样的方法,于2016年12月对天津市某一三级肿瘤专科医院240名工作在临床一线的肿瘤专科护士进行调查,使用职业倦怠量表测量其职业倦怠水平。结果:肿瘤专科护士职业倦怠发生率为65%,情感耗竭维度得分为(20.21±10.08)分,去个性化维度得分为(5.74±5.32)分,个人成就感维度得分为(32.10±10.51)分;Logistic回归分析结果显示,夜班多者较白夜班差不多者职业倦怠提高一个或一个以上等级的可能性增加2.98倍;此外,<30岁的肿瘤专科护士较≥30岁者职业倦怠提高一个或一个以上等级的可能性增加1.77倍。 结论:肿瘤专科护士职业倦怠处于轻中度水平,对于夜班多的年轻护士应给予重点关注,并根据其具体情况进行干预。
