Construction of disaster nursing training system oriented toward core competency development for nurses

摘要: 目的:构建以护士核心能力培养为导向的灾害护理培训体系,旨在为灾害救援储备护士的培养提供参考。方法:以《灾害护理核心能力》1.0 版为基础,通过文献回顾、焦点小组讨论,初步拟定灾害护理核心能力培训体系,运用德尔菲专家函询法对 18 名三级甲等医院的专家进行函询,经过 2 轮专家函询形成最终的灾害护理核心能力培训体系。结果:2 轮专家函询问卷有效回收率分别为 94.4%、100%,专家权威系数为 0.83,肯德尔和谐系数分别为 0.232、0.231。最终构建的灾害护理核心能力培训体系包括一级指标 4 项,二级指标 10 项,三级指标 43 项。结论:构建的灾害护理核心能力培训体系具有较好的科学性与可靠性,能为护理人员的灾害护理培训提供参考与指导。

Abstract: Objective: To construct a core competency-oriented disaster nursing training system for nurses, so as to provide reference for trainning the disaster response reserve nurses in the future. Methods: Based on the Core Competencies for Disaster Care version 1.0, through literature review and focus group discussion, a core competency-oriented disaster nursing training system was preliminarily developed. Eighteen experts from grade A tertiary hospitals were consulted by Delphi expert letter consultation method. After two rounds of expert letter consultation, the final disaster nursing training system was formed. Results: The effective recovery rates were 94.4% and 100%, the expert authority coefficient was 0.83, and the Kendall harmony coefficient was 0.232 and 0.231, respectively. The final disaster care training system includes 4 first-level indicators, 10 second-level indicators and 43 third-level indicators. Conclusion: The core competency-oriented disaster nursing training system established in this study is scientific and reliable, and can provide direction and basis for disaster nursing training of nursing staff.
