Abstract: Objective: To investigate the current status of attitudes toward palliative care among geriatric nursing staff in Suzhou and analyze its influencing factors, so as to provide a basis for the optimization of palliative care services. Methods: Using a convenience sampling method, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 311 nursing staff from geriatric departments of general hospitals and elderly care institutions using the Chinese version of the Frommelt Attitudes Toward Care of the Dying Scale. Univariate analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were performed to identify the factors influencing the attitudes toward palliative care among geriatric nursing staff. Results: The total score of attitudes toward palliative care among 311 geriatric nursing staff was 107.21±7.59. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that hospital type, age, years of working experience, educational background, professional title, and experience of palliative care training at work were the main factors influencing the attitudes toward palliative care among geriatric nursing staff (P<0.05). Conclusion: The attitudes toward palliative care among geriatric nursing staff in Suzhou are generally positive; however, significant group differences exist. Therefore, stratified training programs should be developed based on the specific characteristics of nursing staff to enhance the quality of palliative care services.

摘要： 目的：探究苏州市老年护理人员安宁疗护态度现状并分析其影响因素，为优化安宁疗护服务提供依据。方法：采用便利抽样法，运用中文版佛罗梅尔特临终关怀态度量表对 311 名综合医院老年科及养老机构护理人员进行问卷调查。通过单因素分析及多元线性回归分析影响老年护理人员安宁疗护态度的因素。结果：311 名老年护理人员安宁疗护态度总分为（107.21±7.59）分。多元线性回归分析显示，医院类型、年龄、工作年限、文化程度、职称、工作中安宁疗护培训经历是影响老年护理人员安宁疗护态度的主要因素（P<0.05）。结论：苏州市老年护理人员安宁疗护态度整体良好，但存在群体差异，需针对护理人员的具体情况开展分层培训，以提升安宁疗护服务质量。
