职业自我效能在本科护生人文关怀能力与职业认同间的中介作用分析

The mediating effect of professional self-efficacy between humanistic care ability and professional identity in undergraduate nursing students

摘要: 目的:分析职业自我效能在本科护生人文关怀能力与职业认同之间的中介作用,为教育者提高本科护生的职业认同水平提供依据。 方法:通过便利抽样法,选取河南科技大学护理学院 570 名护理本科生为研究对象,通过一般资料问卷、职业自我效能量表、人文 关怀量表及职业认同量表进行调查。结果:本科护生职业自我效能得分为(92.74±14.14)分,人文关怀能力得分为(168.53±21.52)分, 职业认同得分为(60.41±10.87)分,职业自我效能在人文关怀能力与职业认同间的中介效应值为 0.166,占总效应的 81.8%。 结论: 本科护生的职业自我效能在人文关怀能力及职业认同间有部分中介效应,管理者可通过人文关怀能力的培养,增强职业自我效能感, 提升其职业认同水平。

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the mediating effect of professional self-efficacy between humanistic care ability and professional identity in undergraduate nursing students, and to provide evidence for educators to improve the level of professional identity among undergraduate nursing students. Methods: A total of 570 nursing undergraduates were included by convenience sampling method,and general data questionnaire, professional self-efficacy scale, humanistic care scale and professional identity scale were used in the investigation. Results: The score of professional self-efficacy of undergraduate nursing students was 92.74±14.14, the score of humanistic care ability was 168.53±21.52, and the score of professional identity was 60.41±10.87. The mediating effect value of professional self-efficacy between humanistic care ability and professional identity was 0.166. It accounted for 81.8% of the total effect. Conclusion: The professional self-efficacy of undergraduate nursing students has a partial mediating effect between humanistic care ability and professional identity. Managers can enhance professional self-efficacy by cultivating humanistic care ability, so as to improve professional identity among undergraduate nursing students.
